Our Botany laboratory is more than just a class room. It's a place where curiosity blossoms and the love for plants takes root. We invite you to explore this fascinating world of Botany with us, whether you're a student eager to learn or simply a plant enthusiast.
Our Botany laboratory is primarily focused on the study of plants. This includes researching plant biology, physiology, taxonomy and ecology. In our lab,we include activities like plant dissection, their observation, identification etc. Students get facilities to conduct various physiology experiments with it's appropriate apparatus. They develop proficiency in using microscopes by examining plant tissues and cells. Lab also provided large collection of plant specimens and slides both macro and micro for students to identify rare species. Display of charts and paintings depicting plant anatomy, biochemistry and taxonomy make a beautiful ambience in the laboratory.
Our well equipped laboratory includes about 20 microscopes, chemicals and reagents, collection of plant herbarium, essential vessels like beakers,test-tubes,Petri dishes, forceps, scissors, needles, blades etc Storage facility is also provided for storing these equipment.
Our Botany laboratory experiment has provided us with valuable insights into the world of plants and their characteristics. Overall,this laboratory activity has been a valuable educational experience, allowing us to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
